Meet Helen

Helen is a mum of 4 and decided to train to become a personal trainer following her own health journey following the birth of her 4th son.

As a mother and facing perimenopause Helen understand the mental battles involved with facing your health journey.

Helen’s main focus is on getting you to feel the best you’ve ever felt by improving your health as a whole not by focusing on weight. Helen will work with you to help balance hormones, improve posture and movement, reduce stress, increase quality of sleep and make small sustainable changes to your diet.
